After a lot of faffing found a wicked free program that will convert .MOV or quicktime movies in to AVI's so you can import in to movie maker and then compress. Check out this article for full info. I found only the Indeo conversion could be imported into movie maker but seemed fine so no worries.
That means I can now show you how the young receptionist plys his trade down the range - bring it on.

Right... watched the vids now and I've gotta say that the 'pros' technique is somewhat snappy.
Definitely room for improvement... though I have heard that the tongue action is more than a success ;)
